The Villa is a historic home nestled in its own private park of 26,000 square meters, designed and planted by the famous English landscaper Peter Holmes, recently renovated to restore its ancient beauty while maintaining the original structure and colors typical of the Emilian countryside.
The interior of the Villa has been furnished and cared for in every detail, creating an atmosphere suspended between history and contemporaneity. The Library Room contains a collection of antique books, while the Countess’ Kitchen, with its original well, ceramic stove, fireplace, large English-style sofa and two large tables, can accommodate up to about 30 people for events.
The stables (430 square meters), recently restored and equipped with a large kitchen and restrooms, offer a large hall and four adjacent rooms, with a total capacity of 250 seats, for private, corporate and wedding events. Next to the dependance, there is a large fire pit that can accommodate up to 30 people to experience magical moments in the evening under the stars.
